Do I own the website?
You can buy it out any time — one payment and the whole site is yours, files and all. Most owners keep the subscription instead, because hosting, edits, and upkeep stay our problem, not yours.
What happens if I cancel?
You cancel, we stop billing, that’s it. No cancellation fee, no 30-page contract, no hard feelings. If you’re on the website plan, you can buy the site out on the way, or let it go dark.
Is the AI weird with customers?
